NadoWay LLC ("NadóWay," "we," "us") operates nadoway.com. We know that the information you share with us about your family-building journey is deeply personal. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed.

• Contact and scheduling forms: your name, email address, your message, and any availability preferences you select.
• Waitlist, guide, newsletter, and event forms: your name, email address, and the preferences you select (for example travel timing or group size).
• Consultations and client services: if you become a client, information you choose to share about your health history, treatment goals, travel needs, and household so that we can coordinate services. We collect only what is needed to do the work you hire us for.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, referring site). IP addresses are anonymized. We do not use advertising cookies or sell analytics data. You can decline analytics in the cookie notice and change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for nadoway.com.
• Technical logs: our hosting and content-delivery providers keep standard server logs for security and reliability.
• Local storage: the site stores your cookie-notice choice in your browser so we do not ask twice.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, or send a resource you requested.
• To deliver concierge services you engage us for, including coordinating with clinics, providers, and travel vendors you approve.
• To send occasional email updates if you subscribed or requested a guide. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Health-related information

NadóWay is not a health care provider and is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Information you share with us about your health is protected by this policy and by our client agreement, and we treat it as confidential. We share it only with the clinics and providers you direct us to work with, and only as needed to coordinate your care. Clinics in Spain are governed by Spanish and European Union data-protection law, which is among the strictest in the world; they will provide their own privacy notices when you become their patient.

Who we share information with

• Service providers that help us run the site and business: form delivery and email, web hosting and content delivery, scheduling tools, analytics (with consent), and email-newsletter software. They may process data only on our instructions.
• Clinics, medical providers, and travel vendors you ask us to coordinate with, when you are a client.
• Legal and safety: if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.
• Business transfers: if NadóWay is reorganized or acquired, information may transfer to the successor under the same protections.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you are a client, coordinating your care necessarily involves sending information to clinics in Spain. We do so at your direction and use secure channels.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and subscriber information until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. We keep client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to stop marketing emails, or to explain what we have shared and with whom. Residents of Minnesota and other states with consumer privacy laws have specific rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their data, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising; we do not sell data or use it for targeted advertising. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable providers, and we limit who can see client information. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send highly sensitive medical records through the website contact form; we will give you a secure way to share them if you become a client.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

When we update this policy we will change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
