Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of nadoway.com (the "Site"), operated by NadoWay LLC ("NadóWay," "we," "us"), a Minnesota limited liability company based in Duluth, Minnesota. By using the Site you agree to them. Concierge services purchased from NadóWay are governed by a separate written client agreement; where that agreement and these terms differ, the client agreement controls for those services.

1. What NadóWay is

NadóWay is a concierge and coordination service. We help individuals and couples understand their options for fertility treatment in Spain, choose among independent licensed clinics, plan and coordinate travel and logistics, interpret information provided by clinics, and stay organized and supported through the process. We also host small-group educational trips (the "Discovery Journey") and publish educational content.

2. Medical disclaimer: what NadóWay is not

NadóWay does not provide medical care. We are not physicians, nurses, embryologists, counselors, or a health care facility, and no physician-patient relationship is created with NadóWay. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and we do not make medical recommendations. All fertility treatment, medical advice, and clinical decisions are provided by and made with independent, licensed clinics and professionals in Spain (or elsewhere) that you select and contract with directly. Success rates, eligibility, and treatment plans are determined by those providers, and NadóWay makes no guarantee of any medical outcome, including pregnancy or live birth.

Content on the Site, in our guides, and in our communications is general information and is not medical, legal, tax, insurance, immigration, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals about your situation. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

3. Third-party clinics and providers

Clinics, physicians, laboratories, pharmacies, hotels, airlines, and other vendors we introduce or coordinate with are independent third parties. You contract with and pay them directly, and their own terms, policies, and applicable law (including Spanish and European Union law) govern those relationships. NadóWay is not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing, availability, or outcomes. Where we receive any coordination fee from a partner clinic, we disclose it to you in writing; our fee to you does not depend on your choice of clinic or treatment.

4. Cost information

Prices and ranges on the Site are planning estimates based on published clinic pricing, typical travel costs, and currency conversions at the time of review. They are not quotes or guarantees. Your clinic will provide binding pricing in writing, and NadóWay will quote its own fee in writing before you engage us.

5. Discovery Journey

Discovery Journey participation is subject to a separate registration agreement covering dates, inclusions, payment schedule, deposit, cancellation and refund terms, travel insurance, health and conduct requirements, and assumption of travel risks. Clinic visits and consultations during a Discovery Journey are educational introductions provided by the clinic; they do not constitute treatment by NadóWay.

6. Using the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. Forms on the Site are for genuine inquiries.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, graphics, logos, guides, and photographs are owned by or licensed to NadóWay and protected by copyright and trademark law. NadóWay and the NadóWay logo are trademarks of NadoWay LLC. You may share links to our pages and download resources we offer for your personal use. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

8. Testimonials and stories

Any client stories or testimonials we publish are shared with permission and reflect individual experiences. They are not promises of similar results.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep information current but cannot guarantee that it is error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NadoWay LLC and its owners, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. For any claim relating to the Site, our total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for paid services is addressed in the client agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places these limits apply to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NadóWay against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
